House rules
Upon your arrival, you will be asked to review and sign the house rules. A guide containing all these rules will be provided to you along with the rest of the information about your stay.
- Swimming is strictly prohibited.
- It is forbidden to wash dishes in the lakes.
- Tree branches, bushes, or shrubs must not be cut.

- The Ablacus Carpe domain is a calm and peaceful place. The sound volume of devices and lighting must not exceed the boundaries of your swim.

- Visitors must leave their vehicles in the reception parking area. They must always notify their presence in advance.. Authorized visiting hours: 8 AM to 8 PM. A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed, with no pets.
- Accompanying persons staying in a bivvy are limited to two per swim and are entirely under your re-sponsibility. An additional fee will be charged for each accompanying person.

- Ablacus Carpe declines all responsibility in case of theft or damage to equipment at your fishing spot.

- Drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited.
- Dogs belonging to anglers must be kept on a leash and must not cause any disturbance. Please pick up their droppings.

- Portable stoves and camping gas devices are permitted, as well as stand-alone barbecues. All other types of fires are strictly prohibited (ground fires, etc.).

- Showers and toilets are available 24/7. Please leave them in the same clean state as you found them.

- ALL trash must be taken back to the reception area..
- Smokers must bring ashtrays and dispose of their cigarette butts properly.
- Arrivals are allowed from 2 PM, and departures must be before 12 PM.

- In respect of image rights, signatories expressly authorize the management to freely use their photos on the internet (website, Facebook) without time limitation..
Fishing rules.
We are particularly committed to respecting our property and our fish. Please take the time to review the rules below as part of your fishing stay.
- 1 angler per spot: 3 rods maximum.
- 2 anglers per spot: 6 rods maximum.
- Bite alarms are mandatory.
- Fishing is only permitted in designated areas and must be strictly NO KILL.

- Nylon line: minimum 30/100.
- Leader: maximum 45/100.
- Braided lines and leadcore are prohibited.
- One hook per line, maximum authorized size: no. 2, barbless hooks only.
- The use of a specific carp disinfectant, to be applied when unhooking, is mandatory. We sell them in our shop.
- Only rigs that allow the lead to be released in case of a break are authorized.
- Only pellets and particles sold in our shop are allowed. Bringing particles from outside is prohibited (please contact us for more information).
- Live baits are prohibited.

- Landing nets, unhooking mats, and weighing slings are provided at each spot. Please handle the equipment with care (a deposit will be required).
- It is mandatory to use the equipment provided upon your arrival to prevent the spread of diseases (weighing sling, unhooking mat, and landing net).
- Remote-controlled bait boats are allowed.
- Rowboats are available to anglers only in the case of exclusive booking of a lake (motor, battery, and fishfinder available for rent).
- Life jackets are mandatory.
- External inflatable boats are prohibited (for fish health and safety reasons).

- Fish must ALWAYS be treated with the utmost respect, even the small ones! In case of injury, it must be reported to the management. It is strictly forbidden to kill, mark, or mutilate a fish under penalty of legal action.
- A fish caught at a fishing spot must always be released back into the water at that exact spot.

- To preserve the health of the fish, they must be released quickly. For fish over 40lbs , photos must be taken in the water; don't forget your waders! In all other cases, photos must be taken above the unhooking mat and only while kneeling.

- Do not leave rods unattended; remove them from the water if you leave your fishing spot.
- Bait cannons are prohibited.
- Pike fishing is prohibited (please contact us for more information).
- Use bivvies, umbrella-tents, or tents in green, black, sand, or camouflage colors only.
All our fish are photographed, cataloged, and electronically tagged; anyone caught mutilating or stealing fish will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Ablacus Carpe reserves the right to ensure compliance with the rules. In case of a violation, it reserves the right to immediately expel any angler without refund of their stay.
